You Host a Party and EARN your Starter Kit!  Any profit earned that day goes towards the cost of your starter kit!

For example:
Sell 180pc total at any parties you have (including house, basket, events coordinated i.e. Craft shows)

180 pc x $1.75 per pc= $315 EARNED
Your kit = 100pc x $5.50=$550 ->40 kits x 5pc=200pc->200pc x $5.50=$1100

**45% commissions off this=$495
Pay me back only 45% of the profit I Loaned you= $300 x 45% = $135

 Difference: $315 - $135= $180 MY GIFT TO YOU!

"Harvard Business School Network Marketing Criteria

A high percentage of work from home opportunities are in network marketing. Most home based businesses fail for a variety of reasons, none more critical than getting in at the wrong time in the company's life cycle. I've done a lot of research into network marketing and wanted to share my findings with you. Here are some important things to know before you venture into this type of home business.

Network Marketing or Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is being taught at more than 200 colleges including Harvard Business School. After extensive research into the network marketing industry, Harvard Business School developed 3 criteria that a network marketing company must have in order to make it a desirable opportunity. They are:

1. The company must be at least 18 months old. 90% of all network marketing companies that fail do so in the first 18 months of operations. Lack of adequate financing and inexperienced senior management are two of the more common pitfalls of start up companies so be sure to find out what you can about the MLM's funding and management.

2. The company must have a product that is both unique and highly consumable. Meaning it must be an exclusive product that can be purchased only from your distributors with repeated sales thereby guaranteeing customer loyalty versus a one-time sale and having to locate new customers.

3. It needs to be a "ground floor" opportunity. Harvard Business School suggests that in order for the opportunity to qualify as a ground floor type, the number of existing distributorships should be less than ½ of 1% in the country where this network company exists. In the U.S., this figure is equal to 1.5 million people. Harvard Business School also stated that if there were less than 500, 000 people involved, you would be on the cutting edge of a great opportunity. If the company has less than 100, 000 distributors, Harvard Business School considers it to be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The Harvard Business School study also stated that there are 4 distinct stages of growth in a network marketing company - Foundation, Concentration, Momentum, and Stability. The Momentum Phase is when the company experiences phenomenal growth. Both retail and distributorships explode in terms of expanding growth. It is during this period that the company virtually sweeps the nation. When a company's sales reach about 50 million annually (4.2 million a month), they reach what is called "critical mass" (sales go vertical right off the graph). Let's assume you have an organization which is producing an override bonus check to you of $1, 000 per month. When the company reached critical mass, distributors almost automatically experience a ten-fold increase in their earnings. In other words, $1, 000 per month becomes $10,000 per month. This is the reason for getting involved on the ground floor, so you will experience the benefits of explosive growth."

Busy, Busy, Busy!

I can't believe it's been a month since I last posted!  I guess that means I've been busy, which is a good thing!  I'm having so much fun with Paparazzi, I really can't believe I'm making money with this.  Well....I guess I'd have to stop keeping things to actually make money, but hey..that will happen.  Someday. :)  I've had some great parties and gotten to know some really fun ladies.  I'm super shy so this has been a great way to push me out of my comfort zone and get me talking to people.  I even boldly handed out business cards to all the ladies in the pedicure room last weekend.  Go me!

Today and tomorrow I've set up at my daughter's elementary school and have had a great response from the teachers there.  They are so cute, choosing their things during lunch and setting them aside to pay for tomorrow.  I've really enjoyed watching them try things on and get each others opinions.  I even had one teacher pushing some of the men to buy the unisex leather bracelets!  Here's a few pictures of the displays.  Not the greatest, I only had my phone and a 7 month old on my arm! It feels good to do this, I'm donating a percentage of the sales to the school.

Feelin' Good

For anyone who is interested in becoming a Paparazzi consultant, I would just like to share with you what it has done for me, and I've barely gotten started!  After one basket party and a few individual sales, I've all ready recovered the cost of my starter kit.  It was so easy to do!  With the upcoming parties I have scheduled in the next month I know that I'm going to be seeing a profit and that's exciting to me!

The biggest thing I've noticed though is how much better I feel about myself.  Instead of lounging around it my sweats or pj's all day, I've started to get up and get dressed, fix my hair, put on some make up, and top it all off with some Paparazzi jewelry.  I feel more put together, more productive, more ready to face the world.  I didn't have to spend a lot to do it either...that little $5.50 necklace that I've worn 3 times this week was a great investment in a little pick me up.  I may start wearing this stuff even while I'm in my pj's!

I've got 2 more orders coming in this week with some of the brand new spring line.  There's some really cute stuff!  I also hope to be branching out in my community a bit so the Saratoga ladies will know where they can get the goods!  Of course, you can always book a party or an individual shopping experience with me.  I'll bring the box of fun and sparkles, you can wear your jammies and shop from the sofa.  I won't mind!  I don't even care if your house is clean. :)

It's finally here!!  Ok, it really didn't take very long, I'm just impatient.  I hope the UPS guy didn't hear me whoopin' and hollerin' as I ran down the stairs. Insomnia

I have Paparazzi on the brain and I cannot sleep!  So many ideas are running through my head, I had to get up and jot some down.  I picked up some things to create display pieces with today and I can't wait to get them put together.  I have to though because the noise might wake the rest of the family! :)  Checked on my first shipment of inventory and it will be here tomorrow!!  I'm so excited to start selling this stuff that I might just have to throw it in the kids' wagon and start going door to door through the neighborhood!

I wore a red necklace today for Valentines Day (ok, so you can't see that much of it behind my smiley little guy), and let me tell you it sure took a beating....that kid had it clenched in his fist or crammed in his mouth every chance he got.  It survived to see another day though!  I had so many compliments on it too!
